Please provide 2 clear photos of the product when requesting a return
Once approved, returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving confirmation.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect your return:
Card payments: Refunded to your original payment method
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via store credit or bank transfer
Please note: Delivery fees for COD orders are non-refundable.
